Joyfully Imperfect People
We aren’t perfect here. We are all simply forgiven sinners following Jesus as best we can. Worship is intentionally casual and strives to be a place where all generations can connect to God together. The building is handicap accessible. Sound amplifying devices are available during worship for those who would like assistance.

Pastor
Rev. Amy Raser has been pastoring United Methodist Churches for 25 years and has been with Highspire UMC since 2017. She has a passion for connecting the church to the community.
Prayground
A small supervised area within the sanctuary. This space is designed for young childern to quietly engage in age appropriate activities while experienceing worship in the sanctuary along with their families.

Can I bring my children to worship?
Yes! Just like Jesus we welcome children of all ages as part of the Body of Christ, the church, and we welcome the sounds that come along with them. Accordingly, we have designed spaces and options for children and families to be able to experience and participate in worship according to their needs, trusting families will work out the best options for them on any given day.
Kids Corner
Kids corner is a time during worship where the children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a short “sermon” of their own with the pastor. This age appropriate message brings the scripture to life in ways they can understand.
